Failed after 1.5 years, poor viewing angle

After less than 2 years it started showing some black vertical lines in the screen that stays there, and the product only has 1.5 years warranty from manufacturer (thank you Sony.... but is not very good to cover your customer for only 1.5 years in this kind of product)ñ before that the picture was very good.
The OS is not very friendly but you can go thru it, the most annoying thing (beyond the product quality fail that it has now) is the poor viewing angle; you get a great picture and colors but you must be right in front of the TV in order to get it, any angle (even very small ones) will give you an average picture (that is not better than my led tv from 5 years ago, no 4k neither full array).
