water line not connected properly

bought both washing machine and dryer and the washing machine only has coolish water and it is turned up on both hot and cold. Odd. I've only had it for a month and waiting on a tech person to figure this out.

The stainless steel shows any fingerprints easily and this is unfortunate. I‘ve taken a bit of time getting used to the two door model but it is a fine Refrigerator/freezer. Food has stayed in great condition during my only first ten days with it. I feel it is very expensive which I’m trying to figure out exactly why. Just cuz it is a built in model?
