Excellent TV if you are looking for a cinema level experience. TV has a large rich color range and very sharp contrast. OLED panel excels in dark room viewing. Blacks are as dark as the room will allow, no backlight glow. You will most noticably see when you have a bright light source shown in a dark room. If a flashlight shines at the viewer, you will think it is the real thing as the rest of the TV is dark while the light source can get very bright. TV gets sufficiently bright to view in daylight conditions, especially in vivid mode. I prefer standard. TV is designed for and does best with 4K media content. It takes advantage of what the TV has to offer. Google TV interface is very smooth and intuitive. Sound is impressive and powerful for out of the box. No plastic that vibrates or other items you do not want to hear. The volume at 25% is my prefered and 51% is loud.
One tricky feature is low frame rate and quality content may stutter because the TV needs more frames to look right. This is why I went with the Sony. The hardware and software can interpolate and add more frames to smooth it out. Poke around the settings a little and it will display smoothly and look better than the original.
Don't pay full price. Wait for a deal.
