Was timely and overall did a fine job installing. It was great to pay someone just to remove the old machines. My only compliant is that I thought I was getting a new dryer vent and all they did was splice it into the existing one

We love this dryer as it is a big step up. I haven’t used all the feature on this dryer but overall does a great job! I paid extra for the steam dry feature but can say I have yet to use it. My only complaint is you are forced to by the pedestal as front loaders are so low. I didn’t budge and I will attempt to build my own platform for a fraction of the price.

Use a washer you can trust. This Samsung appliance is gentle on clothes and tough on dirt, stains and bacteria. Plus, it has the room and speed to get more laundry done in less time.

We love this washer as it is a big step up. The quick add feature is rarely used but was cheaper to buy this model as BB was matching Costco’s price. I wouldn’t pay extra for this feature.
