I had a Toshiba 40" TV for 8 years. It still works except for the HDMI connections. I gave it away. I bought this Toshiba 50" UHD 4K Smart TV from Best Buy. I love this TV. When it arrived I noticed the box had been damaged. But fortunately the TV was well padded and had no damages. If you're looking for a reliable 50" tv then this one is your Best Buy.

we just got this television. We are having massive sound issues.. the voices are way ahead of the mouths on the screen. Has anyone else experienced this? What can we try to resolve this?
You need to go into the settings, select "Display & Sounds." Select "Sound Settings". At the bottom of the right side, select "Advance Settings". Select "Dialog Clarity" set it to "High", then select "DTS TruSurround", make sure it is "On". Then select "TruVolume", make sure it is "On". Then go to "Audio Mixing" make sure it is "On". Go back to "Sound Settings". Make sure the "Bass" is set at "0", "Treble" "0" and "Balance" is "0". That should fix it.
