DOA avoid buying

DOA out of box. The pc is pretty beat up but fair enough for being refurbished. However, it’s missing pieces and super dirty! Won’t start out of the box and is beeping error codes that aren’t even listed on the HP website. Going to return ASAP and avoid at all costs! I assumed refurbished by Best Buy would have some sort of reliability, however this is by far the worst product I have ever received. On paper this is a good deal but not worth the risk of receiving a dead PC. 0/10 AVOID BUYING

Keep your smartphone powered wherever you are with this Ubio Labs portable charger. The 20,000 mAh battery charges with either a USB or Lightning cable, and it fuels other devices via a USB-A output. This Ubio Labs portable charger has enough juice to completely charge most phones up to six times.
How long does the battery pack itself take to recharge?
I have recently puchased two of these portable chargers and so far I love them. In the official user manual it states “Fully charging your portable charger from 0% battery level should take 10-13 hours.” Further goes on to say “Please note: The portable charger can charge a device while being charged at the same time. However, when charging a device simultaneously, the portable charger will charge more slowly.” Also in the manual it states the inputs allowed to charge the portable device. “UBS-C 5V/2.4A, IPhone Lightening 5V/1.8A”
