I missed a lot of this series when it aired, but enjoyed it when I saw it. The relationships and interactions between the characters is what pulled me in. You'll quickly forget that many of the characters are puppets, the performances are that good! It's nice to have the whole series (including the Peace Keeper Wars) all in one set!
As with any show originally shot for SD, there are occasional shots that appear to be up-converted. I'm part way through Season 2 and so far they have been few and far between, nothing that would detract from your viewing experience!

I had read many positive and negative reviews when this show launched. I am old enough to remember the premiere of TNG and DS9, both of which were also bashed before they had even started. I picked up season 1, watched it with an open mind and enjoyed it. I looked forward to season 2 when I learned it would feature Christopher Pike and I was not disappointed. We got to learn more about each of the regular characters, and it was great to learn more about Captain Pike. Can't wait for season 3!

the product is excellent but, when the headlights are on AUTO mode and you enter a shaded area and the headlight turn on, the CARPLAY apple maps goes dark and you cannot see the screen. I'm Sure this is an issue with my Nissan Frontier and not the system. When I'm Driving on a two lane highway in the mountains I always have my headlights on. This makes using the maps app unusable.

When you enter a tunnel and your truck's lights come on, tap the button to the right of the Home key. It brings up a bar at the bottom of the screen. On the left side is an icon with the sun and the moon separated by a "/". Tap that and the radio will return to daytime mode! I use this all the time.

This is a must have show especially the Blu-ray version. If you are a fan of Quantum Leap Well! here you go. My only complaint is they didn’t format this to 16x9. Oh well!

The show was shot for TV of the time, which was 4x3. If they formatted the Blu Ray for 16x9, they would have to cut the top and bottom of the image! You can simulate this with the "Zoom" picture setting on your TV to see how much of the image you will lose...
