The Cuisinart 6-slice Toaster Oven is an excellent product. I bought this as a gift and I constantly hear how excellent it is. I know this is true, because sometimes I get to eat the food that has been cooked in it. I often hear how well built this machine is and how easy it is to keep clean.

The SANUS Elite Advanced Tilt TV Wall Mount features a revolutionary design, providing 5.9~ of extension on a tilting mount. Large TVs installed on traditional tilting mounts often hit the wall, limiting the maximum tilt that can be achieved. The BXT3 solves this issue by extending from the wall, offering TVs a larger tilt range better glare reduction. This makes the BXT3 the ideal tilting mount for all large TVs. Additionally, because the mount can tilt in 4 directions, cables and wires can be accessed quickly and easily while the TV is still mounted. This makes the initial hook-up and future device switches a quick and easy process.

An Excellent Wall Mount
on February 3, 2024
Posted by: MichaelZ
This is a deluxe wall mount. This Sanus product is designed in a way that allows weight from a very large and very heavy TV set to be evenly distributed so it doesn't destroy studs or drywall.
When I look at some of the wall mounts out there, I see a HUGE TV set hanging from "one" connection, and I think, "It is only a matter of seconds until this thing snaps."
The Sanus Elite TV Wall Mount is excellent because it has multiple connectors with the TV and also connects to the wall in multiple spots. Very even distribution of weight over a large area on both the wall and the TV.
The Wall Mount allows the TV to go up and down to change its angle. The Wall Mount does not allow the TV to swivel from left to right or spin from left to right the way other models of Wall Mounts do. But, this Wall Mount is designed for LARGE TV sets that do not need to be rotated in such a way. When you put a LARGE 65" TV or 75" TV in the room, the TV will simply need to be centered on the wall.

DO NOT BUY a Boost Mobile Product!
on February 3, 2024
Posted by: MichaelZ
Verified Purchase:Yes
Boost Mobile is a SCAM and a rip-off! DO NOT purchase ANY form of long-term plan with Boost Mobile if you subscribe. ONLY purchase on a "Month-to-Month" basis. Otherwise, it is an unnecessary financial risk.
I bought this phone and it was unable to hold a charge. If you walk away and come back in an hour, you will see the phone has 10% less power, even though you never used it!
Best Buy has a 14-day "Return Policy." But "Boost Mobile" has a "Return Policy" of only 10 Days!
This meant when I went to Best Buy to do a return after 11 days, the phone was accepted. But when I called Boost Mobile to cancel the 12-month subscription I had purchased, Boost Mobile was NOT willing to refund my 12-Months of unused service time remaining!
All of this occurred over just ONE DAY! Boost Mobile was unwilling to do any form of "Termination Fee."
Boost Mobile was NOT willing to allow me out of this subscription under ANY circumstance. I asked to speak to multiple supervisors. I talked to Boost Mobile at two different 800 numbers and also online. NONE of the Boost Mobile staff was willing to provide any sort of Refund for the 11 months of unused service.
I encourage you NOT to buy this phone. The product does NOT hold a charge. And the screen is "blurry." The phone is also not user friendly. It is difficult and confusing to even add a "contact."
IF you do decide to do purchase ANY Boost Mobile product, ONLY purchase on a month-by-month basis! NEVER purchase more than one month at a time! If your phone has a defect or you switch phone services, Boost Mobile will force you to pay ALL time remaining - even if it is 11.5 months!
The Boost Mobile phone service is also terrible. A Supervisor named "Elmer" who has the Operator ID of XSU actually hung up on me!

The Hisense U8K 75" panel is an excellent IPS-ADS
on September 8, 2023
Posted by: MichaelZ
Verified Purchase:Yes
The 75" version of the Hisense U8K is excellent. The 75" version is different from the 55" and 65" versions, because the 75" version uses a high-quality IPS-ADS panel. Both the 55" and 65" versions use VA panels, just like most other TV sets like this. The problem with VA panels is they have poor viewing angles when you watch them from the side or even from the top down. The 75" version does not experience this problem, because IPS panels have much better viewing angles.
In the past, VA panels were known for having better "blacks" than the IPS panels. But, that is not the case with the 75" U8K due to the fact that Mini-LED technology is used to provide the lighting. The Mini-LED technology makes sure there are excellent "blacks," even with this IPS-ADS panel.
The "Processing" is also better in this 2023 model than the 2022 model of the TV. When you watch movies or TV shows that have lower bitrates and/or lower resolution, the TV does an excellent job of upconverting the video.
The TV sets from Sony, TCL, and Samsung all use those VA panels with poor viewing angles. It is absurd the way the Sony TV sets cost so much more than then Hisense and TCL TV sets. There is an LG TV that is similar with Mini-LED technology and an IPS panel; however, the LG TV is still more expensive.
The one problem with the Hisense U8K is that it only has two HDMI inputs with the maximum amount of features. The bad thing is that of these two HDMI inputs, one of them is the eARC HDMI. This essentially limits you to only being able to hook up one advanced game system at a time. So far the one and only manufacturer who has figured out that the eARC channel needs to be on a separate input is TCL.
I have read online that it is "possible" for the manufacturers of A/V Receivers to make it so the ARC HDMI inputs can be changed to eARC inputs with a Firmware Update. Unfortunately, even my THX Ultra 2 Onkyo TX-NR5009 A/V Receiver still has only an ARC input. If Onkyo is listening, please fix this with a Firmware Update. I realize this wouldn't make the HDMI 1.4 input compatible with HDR or 120hz gaming; however, a Firmware Update from Onkyo would allow the ARC signal to receive lossless audio signals from the eARC of the Hisense TV.
The only way to get a lossless signal from the eARC of a TV set now if your A/V Receiver has only an ARC input is if you buy some form of "Audio Extractor" device for an HDMI signal. The problem is, reviews show these "Audio Extractors" have many glitches and incompatibilities - especially with the PS5. For example, people say the HDMI Audio Extractor may work properly with a game that has a resolution of 1080p on their PS5, but not if the game runs at a resolution of 1440p.
Overall, the Hisense U8K is a high-quality TV. I'm glad the 75" version uses the IPS-ADS panel, because it allows people to have a Mini-LED panel with excellent viewing angles.

Spend some quality time with the family as you join hard-working husband Al (Ed O'Neill), housework-hating wife Peg (Katey Sagal), sexy daughter Kelly (Christina Applegate) and hopelessly horny son Bud (David Faustino) to celebrate the landmark TV sitcom Married With Children. For 11 seasons it was brilliantly tasteless, daringly raunchy and a devilishly clever comedy that put the fun in dysfunctional. Now you can own this great collection that's guaranteed to give you hours and hours of domestic bliss.

Very poor video quality. Frames skipping all over
on August 2, 2019
Posted by: MichaelZ
Verified Purchase:Yes
The video quality of Married With Children in this DVD series is very poor. There are several reasons for this. First, Married With Children had 11 seasons. They pack all of these episodes into only 21 DVDs. As a result, the Bitrate of each episode is lower than it should be. This results in a very low video quality where frames are missing and the resolution looks low. Second, these DVDs are using an "interlaced" signal rather than a "progressive" signal. Again, this makes it so the frames are skipping all the time. Members of my family asked, "Why does it look like they are skipping all the time?" The reason why is the combination of an interlaced signal and low bitrate. This series doesn't cost very much, but it is a testament to the concept of "You pay for what you get." They should have increased the number of DVDs in order to increase the bitrate of each episode and make it so each episode was progressive rather than interlaced. Even if your DVD player and TV use 3:2 Pulldown technology, it doesn't eliminate the problem. It just minimizes the damage. I have heard there is a different version of this series that is on more discs with a higher bitrate, and I have seen it online. But, it is very difficult to find to purchase anywhere.

Excellent Blu-Ray Series and Cool Statue of Ash
on August 2, 2019
Posted by: MichaelZ
Verified Purchase:Yes
I was always a BIG fan of the movie Army of Darkness. I thought the Evil Dead series was a bit violent, but I absolutely LOVED Army of Darkness. I really enjoyed this TV show called Ash vs Evil Dead - although, I wish it would have been more of a "Ash vs Army of Darkness" with less violence and gore. The Blu-ray series is great. The video quality and sound quality are excellent. The price at Best Buy is quite a bit higher than other stores, though. You are paying entirely for the bobblehead statue. I think it is a cool statue, but if I would have known I could have bought the Blu-ray series for literally half the price at other places, I probably would have just bought the Blu-ray series elsewhere. It also comes with a cool Blu-ray Digital download if you are into that.

Half dark screen problem
By EricG
Honestly, I'm giving two stars instead of one because the tv looks great watching movies, playing ps5, and anything else. My problem is I bought the tv in August and I had to have it replaced in October because half the screen was darker then the other half. The new tv was put up and installed by geek squad I thought easy fix. Here we are a month and a day since I got the replacement tv and the exact same thing happened again. I guess I just got unlucky maybe but now I'll have to deal with best buy and get another tv and wait a week before I get another one.

Best Buy did NOT replace my Hisense U8K
November 23, 2023
I bought the Hisense U8K 75" version. The number of technical glitches is TERRIBLE. My TV had the exact same problems you have described - and many others. For example, the USB input allows you to play movies when the card is formatted in NTFS mode. However, if you watch the movie for a certain length of time and expect to come back and finish watching the movie after watching the news or watching the movie the next day, you will see a HUGE problem. When you push either "Play" or "OK" on the remote control in order to start watching the movie again, the movie will play for about one-tenth of a second, and then automatically shut itself off. This is TERRIBLE.
Another problem is if you try to play mp4 or mkv movies that do not include Subtitles, after a while you will randomly see the "Chapter" number pop up. I have this on video. There is nothing on the screen, and then suddenly you see "Chapter 5." The words "Chapter 5" then stay on the screen the entire time, until it changes to "Chapter 6." Then you see "Chapter 6" the entire time until "Chapter 7" is visible. The only way to get rid of this is if you select "Menu," and then turn "Subtitles" Off, even though that is not technically a "Subtitle." The problem is when you watch an MKV move that actually does have Subtitles. The "Chapter" words would be visible OVER the actual "Subtitles" that are meant to be seen!!!
Another glitch is with movies that were ripped into the resolution of 1280x720p that included the aspect ratio of 2.35:1 with black bars at the top and bottom. When you watch these movies with the USB card, the Hisense U8K always "Stretches" the movie vertically in all settings - which is NOT the way the movies were originally meant to be seen. This causes the movies to look TERRIBLE. For example, a "Circle" because an "Elliptical" on the screen, and does NOT look normal.
Another glitch is that when you leave a USB card in the Hisense U8K with the intent of watching movies the next day, you will notice that when you turn the Power button "On," the TV will say, "Ejecting USB Device." That is STUPID. Why in the world would I want the USB Device "Ejected" when I am turning the Power "On" with the intent to watch movies. Ironically, the USB device is still selectable as an "Input," even though the TV just told you the USB card was just "Ejected." But, don't count on watching any movie you have previously tried to watch. The FIRST time you watch a movie, the TV will allow you to watch the movie. But AFTER THAT, you will only see the movie for about one-tenth of a second before the TV turns the movie off.
Another glitch was very severe. I have no idea why it occurred. I have a large 256GB USB 3.0 card from a company called Silicon Power. Multiple PCs confirmed there is nothing wrong with this USB card, and there are no errors. The device is formatted in NTFS. I connected the USB card to the TV, and then suddenly I got a message telling me, "Android Error. Your USB card may contain data that is corrupt." The options on the screen said, "Try Again, Press Any Button" and "To Do a System Restart, Hold Any Button." ... Fair enough. ... The problem is, NO BUTTON WORKED AT ALL!!! ... This message was STUCK ON THE SCREEN!!!
I eventually decided to unplug the AC Adapter from the TV in order to do a "Soft Reset." I waited a few minutes before plugging the TV back in. But when I plugged the TV back in, this "Error" message was still on the screen!
I then needed to do TWO HOURS of research online before I found out how to do the "Hard Reset" for the U8K. On the back of the TV near the HDMI Inputs, there is a small hole that says "Reset." If you insert a paperclip into this hole and press it for several seconds, there will be a "Hard Reset" done to put every setting back to the original specifications of the manufacturer. This removed the "Android Error" message from the screen; however, the other errors I spoke of continued to exist.
There are also many other errors, such as the fact that the eARC/ARC channel does NOT work properly on HDMI Input 3. The TV refuses to allow you to select "eARC/ARC" as the Sound Output if you select "Enhanced" on HDMI Input 3. You can only select "TV Speakers" or "Optical." The choice of "ARC" is NOT selectable. If you change TV Input 3 from "Enhanced" to either "Standard" or "Auto," the TV will suddenly allow "HDMI ARC" to be selected so you can press "Home" and listen to things such as YouTube and Netflix as a Sound Output.
Another error was virtually unbelievable, but it happened. On Comcast, when I would select the "XFinity" button, the Comcast menu on the screen would initially say "Guide." There were no problems. I would then press the "right" arrow so the Comcast menu on the screen would then say "Saved." I would then press the "right" arro so the Comcast menu on the screen would then say, "On Demand." At that point, the HDMI Input 3 of the U8K TV would stop working. I would suddenly see a message from the U8K TV that said, "No Signal or Weak Signal. Check Your HDMI Connections."
This would happen EVERY time the "On Demand" option was selected. Initially, the only way I found to cause this message from the TV to go away was to unplug the HDMI cable, and then plug the HDMI cable back in to the TV. When I would do this, Comcast would be fine and the DVR would still be "On Demand." I later found ways around this - all of which were very annoying.
For example, I found if you press "Input" on the TV remote control in order to select a "Different" Input, and then come back to the Input of TV Input 3, the message saying, "No Signal or Weak Signal. Check Your HDMI Connections" was gone. The screen would again be saying, "On Demand." Then, just for the heck of it, I decided to select "HDMI Input 3," even though the TV was already on HDMI Input 3. When I did this, the screen message saying, "No Signal or Weak Signal. Check Your HDMI Connections" disappeared and I could once again see "On Demand." This indisputably confirmed the problem was a technical glitch in the Hisense TV. People should NOT have to press the "Input" button on the TV remote control every time the Comcast remote control reaches the option of "On Demand."
I then tested the TV with different HDMI cables that were fully certified and shorter distances. The exact same problems occurred. There is no doubt the HDMI cables are NOT the cause of these problems.
At a later point in time, the problems with the Comcast incompatibility stopped taking place. Comcast has Firmware Updates on a daily basis. I'm wondering if one of my reports to Comcast Technical Support is the reason why this particular glitch stopped taking place. Hisense needs to release Firmware Updates to fix the other problems I have described, too.
Best Buy absolutely REFUSED to either "Exchange" this TV or do any form of "Refund" or "Store Credit." I told Best Buy "Store Credit" would be fine. I just want a DIFFERENT type of TV, because this TV is TERRIBLE the way it doesn't even let me play USB movies!!!
The initial person I spoke with from Best Buy said, "I would be glad to give you store credit." But when she put me on hold, she came back saying "The team at Geek Squad will not allow this Return or Exchange." I was then told my problem would be "Escalated" and I would receive a return call from "Corporate Best Buy." I got the phone call the next day; however, I wish I hadn't, because the Best Buy Corporate representative was so rude.
An incredibly RUDE woman named "Helena" told me I was NOT going to be allowed to Return or Exchange the Hisense TV set. I asked to speak to the Supervisor of Helena, but Helena said, "I don't have a Supervisor; I am Best Buy Corporate." I said, "So you are in Minnesota?" But Helena did not respond to that. I said, "Well, I guess I will need to take this matter to the Board of Best Buy Corporate." Helena then hung up on me. For the record, I have that entire conversation on audio recording. I never swore, I never raised my voice, and I was 100% professional the entire time.
BOTTOM LINE: I am never going to purchase another produce from Best Buy again. I'm not even using this Best Buy Visa Credit Card anymore, because I don't want those "Rewards" that expire anyways.
The hypocrisy from Best Buy is terrible. I never would have needed to buy this U8K TV if Best Buy would have simply "Delivered" the LG TV I ordered over a year ago. For an entire YEAR, I would be told, "Your LG TV is scheduled for Delivery." I waited home with my family all day on each day of scheduled delivery, but Best Buy would never show up. Every time this happened, I would call Best Buy and say, "Why did you not deliver the TV?" I was always told, "The TV must not have been on the truck. We will need to schedule a new date for Delivery." This happened MANY TIMES!!! Eventually, after an ENTIRE YEAR, Best Buy called and said, "That product is no longer in stock, so we need to cancel the order."
Even after I went through a YEAR of waiting on Best Buy to deliver the LG TV set, I end up hearing from Best Buy, "We are NOT going to Exchange this Hisense TV or give Store Credit at Best Buy."

LG UHD packs more of what you want into a single smart TV. It's Ultra High Definition in a 4K display for four times the resolution of Full HD. A powerful processor enhances color, contrast, and clarity.

Daphane answered a question by saying, "It is recommended using a storage devices with a capacity of 32GB for the USB memory and 2TB or less for the USB hard disk." I've used USB cards of 128GB in size and an 8TB HDD. Why do you "recommend" small ones?

Find a reliable storage solution for large files with this WD easystore external desktop hard drive. The USB 3.0 interface and backward-compatibility with USB 2.0 offer broad connectivity, while the automatic backup solution reduces the risk of data loss. This WD easystore external desktop hard drive features a 14TB capacity to provide ample space for videos and photos.

You answered a question by saying, "We always recommend you to turn the hard drive power when not in use." I went to the two links you showed with instruction manuals. Two are actually different from this model. Does this 14TB HD have a "Power" button?

Is this TV compatible with an External Hard Drive (HDD) of 18TB in size? People want to use an HDD using both NTFS and exFAT, and using both GPT and MBR. MBR limits partitions to 2TB in size, which is NOT enough to play all video & audio files people own

Enjoy family time with this Toshiba 4K UHD LED TV. The built-in Fire TV technology lets you stream from several services, while the true-to-life 4K Ultra HD picture quality provides stunning clarity and vivid colors. This Toshiba 4K UHD LED TV features a Voice Remote with Alexa technology for easy voice control.

Does Toshiba realize people want a TV to be compatible with an External Hard Drive over 18TB in size, uses both NTFS and exFAT, and uses both GPT and MBR? This will allow all the audio and video files a person has to be used from one hard drive.

Toshiba~s V35 series sets up a stunning, heart-shaking, smart world for your relaxing viewing experience, thanks to the consistent innovation of advanced technologies. True-to-life images jump off the screen with amazing HD resolution, ultimately beauty of details, and original natural color. For a more immersive audio experience, a premium audio post-processing solution brings height to the entertainment experience that elevates surround sound formatting from DTS Virtual:X.

I used a 64GB USB flash drive to play mp4 files, but files were not recognized since it was in exFAT format. I reformatted to NTFS. mp4 files could then be seen. I then connected an 8TB hard drive in NTFS, but files couldn't be seen. Why? Toshiba answer.

More of what you want in one ultra-slim, XL 4K package. It's an Ultra High Definition cinema screen display backed by our powerful processor to enhance color, contrast, detail and sound. It's a huge library of content right at your fingertips. It's control of all your compatible smart home devices with ThinQ AI and the Magic Remote.

I know the 86" UP8770 has Bluetooth 5.0. However, I would like to know if the TV "Transmits" Bluetooth or if the TV "Receives" Bluetooth, or if it does both? Is this Bluetooth 5.0 focused on "Audio" signals? Or can it also be used for Video, too?

The Award-winning Hisense U8 Series Mini-LED TV just got even better. With Peak Brightness 1500 and more than double the local dimming zones as last year, along with Quantum Dot Color, Dolby Vision HDR, and Low Reflecton panel technology, the U8 delivers unmatched brightness, contrast and detail. And, with Dolby Atmos and an upgraded 50w 2.1.2 multi-channel audio system, the U8 creates an immersive cinema experience in your home. In additon, the U8 is compatible with the new Wifi 6E router protocol and includes a NEXTGEN TV ATSC 3.0 tuner making the U8 virtually future-proof. With the Google TV OS and Hands-Free Voice Control, searching for and playing all your favorite content is simple and seamless. Just say ~Hey Google~. The U8 also got more upgrades for the gaming enthusiast including a 144Hz VRR panel, Dolby Vision Gaming and FreeSync Premium Pro for an enhanced gaming experience. And, be2er also just got bigger with the U8H now available in an 85~ screen size.

Does the 2023 U8 75" TV in America use a VA Panel or does it use an IPS Panel? What are the Viewing Ranges from the Side Angles and the Top-Down Angles?

It is VERY DISAPPOINTING to hear this product uses an "8-Bit Panel with FRC" in order to "Simulate" the "10-Bit" HDR. This means the "12-Bit" DolbyVision is something that cannot reasonably be "Simulated" at all. Looks like I will be buying a different product from a different manufacturer. Hisense is lying by saying, "This TV is futureproof," when it uses outdated 8-Bit technology that isn't even truly compatible with DolbyVision.

ips or va panel????

The answer provided by the so-called "Product Expert" from Hisense was 100% worthless. Absolutely no information was provided. This information provided by another person said the 55" and 65" models use a VA panel, while the 75" model uses an IPS panel. I can only presume Hisense saw the other answer and agreed the information provided in the other answer was correct. Hisense should have clarified this, though. Hisense, if you are reading this, please clarify the information in order to confirm which size panels use a VA panel and which size panels use an IPS panel.

Start your system in seconds, store up to 2TB of your irreplaceable files, and upgrade with a drive you can count on. Improve your system with the Crucial~ MX500 1TB 3D NAND SATA 2.5 Inch Internal SSD, an SSD built on quality, speed, and security that~s all backed by helpful service and support. It~s worth it.

QUESTION FOR MICRON/CRUCIAL: How much DRAM is included with the 4TB, 2TB, 1TB, 500GB and 256GB versions? Micron's answers are confusing on Amazon - sometimes saying these models "do" include "DRAM" and listing an amount, but other times saying "No DRAM."

IdahoComputerTech, the answer you provided about "An SSD not having DRAM" is not correct.

Three companies in the world do in fact make premium SSDs that have a DRAM cache. Those companies are Samsung, Crucial, and SK Hynix.

The larger the SSD, the larger the cache of DRAM is. This is why I was asking how much DRAM is included with each version of the Crucial MX500 SSD.

The other SSDs made by other manufacturers such as PNY, Kingston, WD, and others all do not have a DRAM cache. Instead, they use the DRAM of the computer in a traditional way and instead use a "Single-Layer" form of "Cache" on the SSD. This "Single-Layer" cache is still fast, but it is not as fast as a "DRAM Cache" used by the premium models of SSD made by Samsung, Crucial, and SK Hynix.

The DRAM cache also makes it so the SSD has much longer endurance. This is why the "Warranty" of most SSDs lasts for "3 Years," which the premium SSDs that include DRAM from Samsung, Crucial, and SK Nynix all have "Warranty" that lasts "5 Years."

I hope this helps explain things.

It would be nice if Micron/Crucial would answer my question, though, in terms of the "amount" of "DRAM" this version of the SSD includes for the various models.

22~ FHD Monitor with FreeSync. Expand your desktop. Work, watch and play in Full High Definition. LG~s 22 inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) VA monitor portrays true color, bringing a clear view to your work and lifelike scenes to games, movies, shows and videos.

Why does LG offer a warranty of only 1 Year, while some LG's competitors offer a warranty of 3 Years? This indicates companies such as LG, Dell, and Samsung do not have faith in their products the way other companies have faith in their products.

That's okay. I bought the Acer monitor instead, because Acer offers a 3-Year Warranty. I realize I can spend a lot of money buying an "Extended Warranty" with the LG product, but that is money I don't need to spend at all if I buy other brands such as Acer. Rather than spending the money on an "Extended Warranty," I can use that money to buy a better monitor.

Does this LG Monitor use a true 8-Bit Panel or does this LG Monitor use a Panel based on "6-Bit plus FRC" technology?

The LG representative on the Best Buy website did not answer my question of:

"Does this LG Monitor use a true 8-Bit Panel or does this LG Monitor use a Panel based on "6-Bit plus FRC" technology?"

I have found the answer, though.

The reason why LG dodged this question is because this monitor uses the inferior "6-Bit plus FRC" technology rather than the higher quality "True 8-Bit" technology.

Samsung~s Large 4.5 cu. ft. Capacity Top Load washer fits more in every load and cuts down on laundry time. It is equipped with Active WaterJet that lets you pretreat heavily soiled and stained clothes and Vibration Reduction Technology+ that reduces noise for quiet washing.

Best Buy's site says the drum is made of "Anodized Steel." Home Depot's site says, "Stainless Steel." I need to know which one it is made of. I don't want a drum made of "Anodized Steel." I need rust-proof "Stainless Steel." Is Best Buy's site wrong?

Samsung, the answer you provided to me about how this washing machine as a "Diamond Drum" that is made of "Steel" does NOT help me.

I asked a "SPECIFIC" question explaining the Home Depot website says this model of washing machine says the "Drum" is made of "Stainless Steel," while the Best Buy website says this model of washing machine says the "Drum" is made of "Anodized Steel." I want to know is the "Diamond Drum" made of "Stainless Steel" that will rust or not?

If the answer is "Yes," Why have you not corrected the Best Buy website that lists all the Samsung machines as "Anodized Steel" rather than "Stainless Steel"?

It very much looks like Samsung was trying to weasel out of answering that question.

For those looking for the best in the latest television technologies, the U8H should be a top contender. The most exciting 2022 upgrade is Mini-LED. With Mini-LEDs that are 50x smaller than traditional LED lights, local dimming and contrast control reproduce incredible black and white levels within the same scene like never before in the series. The U8H is now compatible with the Wifi 6e router protocol. Streaming from the wide selection of Google TV apps is now easier and smoother when connected to a dedicated router channel that won~t be competing with other connected devices on the same router. For gamers, the U8H now comes equipped with Dolby Vision Gaming and FreeSync Premium Pro for enhanced gaming picture contrast and even smoother, tear-free motion. And lastly, the U8H now comes with a 2-year warranty and is available in a 75~ screen size. 2021 was a huge year for the Hisense U8H series and with so many upgrades, 2022 looks to be just as promising.

Why does the U8H say it is HDR (10-Bit) and Dolby Vision (12-Bit) when a couple reviews say the panel of the U8H is only 8-Bit?

The answer from Hisense Product Expert is confirmed to be wrong. I have seen multiple reviews confirming and verifying the U8H does NOT have a "True 10-Bit" or "True 12-Bit" Panel. Instead, the U8H uses the watered down technology called "8-Bit plus FRC" that "simulates" a "10-Bit Panel." This "simulation" is what causes the severe problems with "Posterization" and "Bandwidth" that the U8H are confirmed to have.

Does Hisense plan to release a Firmware Update that fixes problems with Posterization in Gaming and Movies? Does Hisense plan to release a Firmware update that fixes the problems with Dolby Vision? I need to know or I'm not opening mine that arrived.

This question was asked by me, and it received an answer saying, " Yes, there is a new firmware update that has been released." However, that does not "specifically" answer the question I asked.

The reason I say this is because on the AVS forum there are people who said there are actually "multiple" forms of "Firmware Update" that have been released. However, as of December 2, 2022, so far the people on AVS have said none of the Firmware Updates fix the problems with "Posterization."

As a result, I'm going to ask this identical question on here a second time. Please answer the question "Specifically" in a way that specifically says what the "Firmware Update" fixes - such as "Posterization."

The reason this is important to me is because I have this 75" TV in my dining area unopened. It will be difficult enough getting it out of the box. But it would be even more difficult to put it back in the box. I don't want to take the item out of the box unless I know 100% for sure that a Firmware Update fixes the problems with "Posterization."

Is the U9H model currently available as of October 5, 2022? If not, when is the UH9 schedule for release and what will be its price? What are the main differences between the U8H and U9H?

Hisense, you answered my question by telling me to reach out to Best Buy. But, I need to know when Hisense is going to release the UH9 TV, not when Best Buy will start carrying the UH9. As of right now, nobody carries the UH9. I just want to know when the UH9 will be released by Hisense?
