Best Buy wouldn't install because of the tire pressure light being on in my vehicle. Vehicle is missing a sensor, so I couldn't easily resolve this to make in store installation possible. I didn't know they wouldn't do the install if dash lights were present. Would have been nice to have that information beforehand, but it wasn't the individual technician's fault.
