Had to go back and process an exchange because pieces were missing from the packaging. The resizing tool to be exact. Had to open several packages in store before I found the complete set. Beware.

Great product, bad store

I absolutely loved my oculus but I made a mistake and got the 32gb rather than the 64gb. I went back to process an exchange at the Lafayette Best Buy and had a HORRIBLE experience. Save time and start with the 64gb and order it online.
