This laptop is simply incredible. The screen is gorgeous, the keyboard is perfect, and the trackpad is fantastic. I’ve been running Battlefield 2042 and Halo Infinite on ultra quality with full 240FPS on my 4k external monitor and this laptop handles it without a sweat. I’ve been monitoring the RAM usage in the background, since I was initially concerned about a 32GB max capacity. But this computer can keep the running the 4K game while web browsing and downloading additional games with breaking a sweat; my max RAM usage during this was 17GB, so I still had 15 left over to freely use. Unless you’re doing heavy 8k video editing while playing games on a second monitor, 32GB will work just fine.
This laptop doesn’t get terribly loud during gaming. Its fans run when playing 4K at full FPS, but any computer will do that. It’s not terribly loud as to mistaken a jet engine being outside the home. I keep the laptop propped up on a stand so its airflow is unrestricted underneath, but the laptop does come with a small rubber raised if it’s on a flat surface like a table.
I added an SSD for external storage and it accepted it without issue as well.
The amount of ports are perfect, the screen is perfect, and this computer runs great. I can see myself using this for years to come. And with previously having an ASUS, I’ve got no concerns about longevity and reliability.

My girlfriend and I wanted a good, reliable assistant for our new home. This things work well with other Google Home Minis, other brand lights, etc. The only thing I wish they would change: 1). Work with Ring Security system, however I know Amazon owns it, so it is not Google's fault. 2). I wish it had a better speaker, however this is more of an assistant and not really for pure music. 3): Work better with bluetooth speakers. I cannot find out how to add my non-smart bluetooth sound bar to a music group, however we do plan on buying compatible smart/wifi/bluetooth speakers in the future to create a good music speaker group for home surround sound.

We are starting to put these all over our home. We love them and the Hub for our kitchen. I only wish they would improve 2 things. First, speaker quality. I wish I didn't have to buy better speakers for our house, however I understand this is made more for an assistant in a small package, and not really for good audio quality. The other is I wish it worked better with non-smart bluetooth speakers. I have not yet found a way to add my vizio speaker bar to my speaker group, however we do plan on buying smart speakers from other makers.

Can RAM be added? I realize it’s 32GB soldered, but is there an additional slot for more RAM? Also, can higher tier SSD’s be added as well?
