Annoying extra buttons.

There's an annoying button near the left of my thumb on the side that you keep accidentally hitting and it keeps reversing everything like pushing the go back button on the screen, very bad design but luckily you can disable it so only one star loss because of that, beyond that everything's beautiful and perfect but I don't use any of those extra buttons I just bought it because it looks cool.

Why are none of the apps working like Netflix Youtube Disney+ the videos are all stuck, even after I reset the tv it comes back the next day??? also Wifi not working had to use direct wire

Sad news mine is defective after only a few weeks it won't turn on no more! remote or manually you have to unplug it & plug back in every time to get it to work so will exchange, & I read the same complaint for may years! YOU FAILED US SONY! WHY? FIX IT!
