We bought this because we have SimpliSafe as our security service obviously and I really don’t recommend the company but for what it’s worth, the camera is OK..it’s kind of a hassle to get the voice feature to work though so by the time you can get the person at the door to hear you, they may have already left, you’re better off just walking up to the closed door and talking to them thru it. It’s also hard to take the device off if you’ve installed it and need to troubleshoot for any reason so you may end up breaking a little plastic in the process. If you still decide to purchase this product and use SimpliSafe as your provider for security, I hope you have better luck than we did.

It all appears to be working so far. It’s unfortunate it isn’t included in the purchase of our appliance but it is what it is. I’m glad it works, I do wish it was a little shorter since it seems to be taking up a lot of space behind the dryer but again....it is what it is.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

The capacity is amazing, the only difficulty is keeping the clothes away from the sensor but really it’s not THAT difficult. Also since I’m kind of short it’s hard to reach the clothes at the bottom when it’s time to switch them to the dryer, HA! That’s obviously a problem of my own and nothing to do with the washer but if you’re short you’ve been warned! It’s not that bad though really. It does get louder than I expected when it’s spinning but it’s nothing compared to our past washers. It’s really a great washer and I swear my clothes smell better than ever even if I don’t use fabric softener! I’m truly impressed.

It’s huge! I love the size but it’s a bummer that although I’m following the manual instructions I still get damp clothes despite the “smart” sensor. It’s also very loud to open and close so emptying the dryer during nap time or bed time for my kiddo can be risky. Other than those two issues I’m pretty satisfied.
