I got 3 questions, am I able to upgrade the power supply if so how? and can this pc run a 3060 TI founders? my dad recently got me this(not on this user) and im just curious because I dont wanna mess anything up. also can I mix and match the ddr5 brands?

I bought 2 16gb ram sticks to upgrade and they are kingston fury beast DDR4s and when I install them my monitor don't connect to my PC it had a kingston hyperX 8gb DDR4 as its starter does it not work with this motherboard? This may not be the right PC?
