Stuck on rebooting!

The Arc Touch Mouse is comfortable in your hand, but it constantly disconnects from my new computer or gets stuck where I would need to take out the batteries and have it reboot itself!

Great picture. Purchased as open box excellent condition with no missing pieces. Unfortunately it did not have the screws for the stand. Because it was thanksgiving day, had to rummage through unsorted drawers with the assistance of a salesman to find two screws for more than 1/2 hour.

I purchased an open box with "nothing missing in excellent condition" except for the screws to attach the stands. Thanksgiving day so I went to home depot, searched over 1/2 hour in drawers where all the screws were mixed and spent less than $2.00 for two screws. No complaints, love the picture quality.
