I bought two of these cards, and they have both worked without any problems. I have not tested the write speeds or the read speeds, but they seem to be fairly quick. The cards have been reliable, so I'm happy with them.

SanDisk memory cards bought from Best Buy always work well. I would be wary of buying San Disk cards from elsewhere because when I've bought them elsewhere I've always had problems with speed and capacity (an internet search of the problems suggests that those other cards were fakes).

Terrible. Constant freeze-ups.

This thing was terrible. When it worked, it was great. But it kept freezing up, every 20 seconds, or minute, or 5 minutes. It would be frozen for varying lengths of time, such as 10 seconds or a minute or two. It made watching the shows (on AppleTV) super frustrating. I tried changing cords, and TV's, and on different internet providers (I have two different services) and everything else. Nothing helped. The signal strength was always strong, so that wasn't the problem. I searched the internet and found lots of other people having the same problem. The unit appears well made, but the overall functioning is garbage. I have multiple Amazon Firesticks, and I have no problem with those, so there is no excuse for the AppleTV unit to have intermittent (and frequent) problems.
