Paid and received them at checkout. The parts were fine, but the washer and dryer…not so much. As to the breakdown answers.. they worked but the machines were terrible.

NO TO LG washer/Dryer and to the Geek Squad.

LG washer and dryer-not good for an upstairs condo or anywhere! Asked about antivibration pad or shoes at checkout and was told no. That was wrong. Geek squad was here at least 5-6 times and couldn’t figure out why, on Med spin, it sounded like a jet was landing in my condo. EVERYTHING shook, even my lights and my neighbor under me complained.. PLUS the dryer took over 2 hrs to dry my clothes.
So much for energy efficient! They took them back and am waiting for the balance of my payment including the 5 year warranty. I’m 70 yrs old and have difficulty going up and down stairs especially with laundry. It was 3 months until They took them away and refund me. Still waiting for a FULL refund! GE is a much better brand.
I’m 70 yrs old and and had tremendous difficulty bringing the clothes up and down stairs without falling.

The watch is great, surprisingly! Although I had a lot of problems with the delivery of my LG washer and dryer. Had the Geek Squad out 5 times but the machines never worked properly. I was never shown how to use them to begin with and the books they gave me weren’t helpful. Plus the Geek Squad weren’t helpful at all. I believe the machines weren’t leveled properly to begin with, so I asked them to remove them and they did.

Spoke very little English and were difficult to understand. Didn't show me how to the use the LG dryer and didn't stay for the spin cycle on the washer cycle to kick in. The dryer doesn't dry, even on heated dry, for well over an hour. Energy Efficient??

LG washer- Was never shown how to use it. Didn't use the spin cycle, If he had he would have seen and heard what it did the first time I used it. Heard and felt like an airplane was landing in my home. Everything shook, even the floor.
