Leaking at or by the spigots. Calling Best Buy!

I paid for Best Buy to install the new washer/dryer all in one unit with new hoses, but it's leaking out at or by the spigots after just 1 use. I have to keep soaking up the water so it doesn't run down the wall! The install "technician" rushed through everything, didn't seem to know much about the unit at all & the hoses are a bunched up mess. Reaching out to Best Buy today, but it's Black Friday so I'm sure I'll be put on the back burner & be stuck waiting until they send someone. Any damages will fall on their shoulders!

They got the washer inside with no problems, but I was grossly misinformed. I asked several clear direct questions regarding its use & proper care, cleaning & maintenance, but I received all the wrong answers or he just didn't know. He rushed through things & didn't even run the "recommended 1st cycle" like he said he wanted to. He just set it to a quick 15 min wash & said that should be ok. He also left parts on top of the washer on his way out & said nothing to me about it... I ended up getting stuck on the phone so had to let them finish up without me right by them. The hoses are in a jumbled mess, it's leaking water by the spigots after just 1 use that I have to keep soaking up so it doesn't leak down the wall, the shell has a rattle to it that stops when a bit of pressure is applied & the drain hose sounds like it's getting exorcised at the end of the cycles. I have to reach out to repairs now.

Pros: This monitor was the perfect size & had nice crisp graphics. The 100Hz should cover what someone would be looking for in a high performance/gaming monitor. It has a nice, smooth picture with no lag! The blue light filter is an added bonus for those that are on the computer or gaming a lot too. Cons: It has short legs & is not height adjustable, but it does have the tilt screen option. I also didn't know that it's commonplace now that most monitors don't have integrated speakers. That is all a must for me so I returned it, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone that uses a wireless headset or plugs into something else for sound!

Unfortunately, I highly regret this purchase & due to illness & disabilities, I waited too long to use it to be able to return it now. I purchased it for the large capacity, but it smells of hot plastic every time you heat it up (even upon the 1st use), the multi-use options are hardly that, it doesn't turn off & reset even when you unplug it numerous times, it doesn't have any options to move the racks so you have to just dump it all on the bottom & it won't fit something like a chicken or turkey like most of the "smaller" ones. It is also a pain to clean because you have to pull the whole basket out plus the plate & if the front glass gets wet, it goes between the pane leaving it looking dirty despite a thorough cleaning.
