The refused to haul my item away

I paid for installation and haul away. They did neither. They just dumped it in my garage and left. It then took me hours and hours and hours of my life on the phone with the worst customer service imaginable (in India it sounded like) and never got anywhere. Finally got customer service by email to finally refund my money weeks later. Terrible experieince.

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new gas dryer is working. We'll connect it to existing local utilities and outside venting. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

Don't hire Best Buy for installation

Paid for an installation of my dryer. They arrived and 5 minutes later, they refused to install it. Said said they couldn't install the washer because of a shut off, so they weren't going to bother to do either of them. Had the salesperson told me that could occur, I wouldn't have paid for Best Buy to install it. They then refused to even bring the dryer inside my house and dumped it in the garage. Then I had to spend hours and hours and hours on the phone with customer service. Took me forever to get a refund. It was awful

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

Do not hire Best Buy for installations

I knew that, and had the salesperson told that would be an issue, I wouldn't have paid for Best Buy to install it. They then refused to even bring the washer inside my house and dumped it in the garage. Then I had to spend hours and hours and hours on the phone with customer service. Took me forever to get a refund.

Never delivered, but charged for it anyway. Had to spend about 12 hours on the phone and about 25 emails to finally get it refunded. Best Buy refused to install the washer and dryer despite charging me to do so. When I hired someone else to install them, I learned these aren't even necessary. Save yourself a headache and don't pay Best Buy to install anything.

This gas line is required for successful hook-up of your new dryer in your home. Our delivery personnel will determine what type of gas line is needed based on your local housing code.

Refrigerator haulaway inside home can you stil haulaway
I wouldn't hire them to haul anything away. You'll spend all day waiting for them, they'll show up, and have some excuse to not haul it away. Then they won't give you a refund unless you spend another day on the phone with customer service. Stay with some place local, that doesn't have customer service in India.
