The Besy Buy crew of two that delivered and installed our new LG washing machine was very timely, professional, and personable. They installed it in no time and instructed me on how to use my new washing machine. I really liked how they both texted and emailed me several times so I knew when to expect them.

We bought a new LG washer and this is what was recommended for installation. If we bought this kit, our washer installation was free. That’s a no brainer in my book. Working very well so far.

Very happy with our new LG washing machine

We updated a Maytag washer that had lasted over 20 years and had started to leak. I checked Consumer Reports and found this LG model as the second best rated but the only one that was in our price range. So far I am very pleased with it. It is supposed to use less water than energy than our old washer.
