Went to set it up and realized the glass coffee pot was all shattered from the bottom, luckily was in the bag still it came in so glass didn’t go everywhere but heard a lot of clinking as I was pulling it out the box so it made sense.... will update review once I get a new one, expecting a smooth exchange process

I bought three for my home. My husband and I have IPhone 7 Plus while my daughter has a iPhone 7. NONE are charging using the wireless feature. One comment I read said I may need to buy some wireless item? Can’t figure out why none are charging. USB seems
I also have a 7. The reason why it isn’t charging is because only iPhone 8 and newer have the ability to have wireless charging done. The 7 or older wasn’t made with that feature .
