This garbage crashes my Windows 10

I installed this when I got a brand new Alienware M17. It crashed my system and would crash 2 minutes into loading up Windows. I factory rebooted it because I thought my old gaming mouse did it but after many tests, this software was causing the issues. After I deactivated it and uninstalled it, the problem never came back. I cannot say how well it actually works.

I have only had one game (a powerful one) heat this thing up and cause a little bit of slowing down. After a tweak I haven't seen the problem again. I would have liked to not have seen that at all having spent $2000+ on a gaming laptop but I am happy.
