Had a scam loaded on tv. When I tried to access my Prime Video it read if code does not work call this number. It was a scam and when I called number it captured my phone and got into my personal accts and did something to my phone where I could not hang up on them. Had to go to cell company to unlock my phone. Meanwhile they tried to take $1000 out of my acct. Cell company charged me to get them.off my phone.

You should not have sales people tell you one thing and then delivery person refuse to do it. Went to store and again salesperson said it would be one and rescheduled for 6/23. This time not only would they still not connect pedestal but told me my shutoff valves were corroded so he could not install. Had plumber come. He said valves were fine and put in new stems. Am having delivery on Friday. Pedro at delivery phone number said unless valves were brand new they still could not install, so basically they are just going to drop washer off and leave me to my own resources.

I bought a 44” Roku TV at Best Buy about 10 months ago, clueless how to set it up.I bought a Streaming Internet Cable too. How can I get an appointment for someone to come out and set this TV up?? Approx how much is the charge? Thank You, Carol
You pay $200 for total tech support. It covers a lot of different services which are covered at no charge. I had ny security cameras installed. If you have problems with your appliances they will come and check-out and you get free delivery. I think worth it. Also get computer help.
