to open this to get to tonner ink I feel like door can break easy the way I see at Best Buy also on hp never stop 1001nw in certain place in house it loose wifi connect I was hope hp would make new hp never stop laser jet called 1001nw and 1300nw but they didn't also sorry off topic on this printer I give feed back too I want hp to read this
