I wish Samsung would put volume buttons on left side instead of right side I mess with display one it remind me of note 20 ultra except no sd card slot but other then that is awesome phone bixby sucks and google sucks they need make their apps more stable and work properly now their software updates have improve over the years knock on wood I just miss sd card slot a lot I don't care if people say that out to date it was best thing ever in my opinion

Avoid Best Buy at all cost when it comes to buying a new phone or smartwatch. I spent literally 4 hours in the Best Buy store today trying to get mine and my wife's phone and watch activated only to find out their system was having issues and it didnt allow them to give me the phone and watches even though they were literally in their hands. And this was also only found out after the new imei numbers were added to my account and my old devices removed, and I was told by the AT&T rep that they couldn't add my old phone back on there. So now we have no phones or watches and have no idea when best buy will get their act together and fix the issue. I will never spend another penny with Best Buy. This is absolutely ridiculous. They definitely didnt mind taking out almost $4000 for the new devices but yet they can't give them to us bc their system is having "issues". This is year 17 of new iPhones coming out, how is this even still a thing. Absolutely pathetic Best Buy!!

I preordered my phone and received it as promised. Best Buy part of the sale was exceptional. My issues is with the phone. I randomly hear crackle or distortion when listening to music, on a call, or watching videos. I’ve tried reinstalling things and restarting the phone but it still does this. Not sure if it’s the phone or AT&T service.

The delivery stole my Apple Watch Ultra 2 and I have been waiting for a replacement for more than a one week and still dont have it fro now. "great service you have", I wouldn't wish it on an enemy! I will never use BESTBUY again in my life and I don't recommend it to others.
