They declined to make an exception. Trying to save someone else some WASTED MONEY and some frustration. It is a very finicky printer and doesn't work most of the time.

Does this drum come with toner? Can I dump the toner from the old drum into the new drum?
well when I look up on YouTube it looks like the new drum already has toner in the new drum you have shake drum 5 times then insert into printer and should have full toner but check YouTube to be on safe side
