Asked for an exception since we buy A LOT of stuff from Best Buy and because it was now unusable - wasn't that I just changed my mind or didn't like something about it, it was DEFECTIVE (from the first week of install). They declined to make an exception. Trying to save someone else some WASTED MONEY and some frustration. It is a very finicky printer and doesn't work most of the time.

Does this drum come with toner? Can I dump the toner from the old drum into the new drum?
well when I look up on YouTube it looks like the new drum already has toner in the new drum you have shake drum 5 times then insert into printer and should have full toner but check YouTube to be on safe side
