this printer model jams way too much also the print quality at 5 years sucks like when print something the blue ink seems to smear on the page a little where I had perform clean print head maintenance that didn't fix it this just like 8035e plus if you get ink at staples online get ready its $68 for 910std black and 910 Como tri color and all 910xl $141single ink and $173 for all 910 xl 5 pack I suggest doing instant ink if u buy this printer and save 50% or I suggest get different printer cause if you don't take ink out if go to recycle it it will leak out black ink and tray is small only 60 sheets you have to constantly refill the paper tray and its slow printer

works better than my 2 year Basel carpet clear that couldn't clean dirty bucket cause it had screw u had remove and mold was building up in it and wand holder broke so decide to buy this new version works better and I can clean it a lot easier then my old one its worth buying also it also told me my old one carpet clear brush was warn out so glad I bought this one got to say basell did good job make this one worth the upgrade its got a lot more features on the wand witch I like

Runs out of ink quick if you print a lot so you might want to print one at a time to save ink cause this is like a car that is a gas guzzler lol

Oh, this printer! Things started so well, but the print quality issues the past 4 months have been a headache and a half. Anything I print using the colors blue and yellow is a mess. HP knows of this problem and sent customers a message and new ink cartridges. But that didn't fix it, the same issue.
I tried to reach out to HP multiple times to get help, but everything is automated and goes nowhere. 4 months later, after the issue began, there is no solution.
I then reached out to Best Buy. No solution, after HOURS of talking to Best Buy's customer service and Geek Squad (who were all very kind, I might add, but my call was dropped a few times, and I had to call back and explain everything from the beginning, which was frustrating).
Now, I am out of the money I spent on this printer just 8 months after purchasing it. I didn't buy their extended warranty plan because this printer 2k+ great reviews....and why would I not think a $200 printer would last at least a couple of years without any issues. My previous printer was $50 and lasted 8 years without any issue.
I purchased this printer because of the reviews stating its quality. I use it for work to send presentation pages to clients. I cannot send them what this thing prints out. I am a designer; things need to look nice for me to present to my clients. I now go to a printer around the corner to have things printed. This printer was a waste of money for me. It has tested my patience and a huge headache. With all the other good reviews, I can only guess I received a dud. But the lack of customer service from HP and the fact that Best Buy won't stand by their product after less than a year of ownership is really disappointing. This will be the last HP product I buy.

I have notice it cuts the words out when printer from a email and some website even photo paper put in this thing is so poor Quality hp definitely needs to improve on their office jet pro inkjet printers also tray is annoy have constantly put more paper in it when only hold 60 sheets

After 2 years of a high use and using HP Instant Ink - printer just broke down and stopped recognizing blue color. Waste of money and warranty stopped after 1 year, no replacement parts offered, printer discontinued. Heavily disappointed in this brand.

Useless product. Didn’t work at all. Spent one hour with a very nice lady from HP who did all kind of manipulations to make it work. It worked, but after I got off the phone, the problem started again. I am returning it, because I still have time.

Even with high speed internet, the printer had a lot of trouble discovering it and then it would get stuck on one screen and could not go forward. I had to exchange it for a different brand.

its minor upgrades but the 8 has crash detection and temperature they both have big screen and goes from 41mm to 45mm but everything else is the same

Does this drum come with toner? Can I dump the toner from the old drum into the new drum?
well when I look up on YouTube it looks like the new drum already has toner in the new drum you have shake drum 5 times then insert into printer and should have full toner but check YouTube to be on safe side

hp 144a is a Image drum for hp never stop 1001 nw and 1202nw its nothing do with the iPhone but yes the printer will work with iPhone
