Look nice and has a remote but sounds just ok

They look nice, give you a bit of range adjustment and have a remote. Other then those features they sound comparable to $80 desktop speakers. I know this doesn't have a woofer but I would expecting a bit better bass performance than what these gave. I returned these for a set of PC 2.1 speakers for 1/3rd less, though I do miss having a remote.

Too many issues for a high end microwave

The clock does not keep time. Geek squad was out 3 times with 2 different replacement boards and ended up with more issues after the repairs as not the popcorn gets burned when on the popcorn setting. Also the door swings close but the unit is level. If this microwave was a entry level then no big deal but this being a upper end unit results in the 1*

Nice, solid & quiet but small freezer

The refrigerator itself is very nice visually, solid feeling and quiet running. That being said going from a side by side to this the freezer space is MUCH smaller than we were used to while the refrigerator space is MUCH larger than we were used to. This has forced us to change how we shop for now. It has only been 2 weeks and we have decided that we like this refrigerator enough that we will be buying a deep freeze to make up for the lost freezer space. My only complaint other than freezer space is there are not enough height options for the door shelves. I was being very particular with the refrigerator options as I wanted it to match our new range and did not want external water. This left us with only 2 options from LG and I went with the larger one which was oddly enough a few hundred dollars less expensive than the smaller one. I am not going to exchange it but I wish I would have gotten the smaller one knowing that I would also be buying the deep freeze.

4.5* The installers didn't know what a hammer arrestor was and my laundry room is very small so the washing machine got dented in a visible location. Other then that the install of my washer installation was still much better than me carrying it up the stairs.

Wish is was shorter

I wish this cord was shorter or made flat as it bunches up behind my range and prevents it from being pushed all the way back to the wall. This is not an issue of the anti-tip device or the plug but the cord itself.

I wanted a dryer with mechanical buttons over the touch pad buttons that most have now. This is acceptable but I wish the nobs turning had less of a feel like I was turning it improperly like I was going to break it. Also the start button is touchy and doesnt stay on unless you hold it for a half a second. I guess this could be a good feature if you want to look for a single item and tap the start button to toss the load. Also the door latch is rather cheap and you have to slam it to close. Just pushing the door closed has not worked for me. This was the same as the floor sample and I don't see anything wrong so I think this is just how it was made.
