This is a good way to hold the Garmin if you don't want to clamp your mount to the windshield. Depending on the shape of your dash, it may move around when taking curves or hitting bumps.

Very happy with this GPS as I have been with most of the Garmin units I have used. Good deal of warning signals. It is easy to load and easy to use.
