The installer called ahead and arrived on time as scheduled, so no complaints there. I just needed to buy a new washing machine for my piggy-backed, front-loader washer and dryer. Since the brands are different, the connection to anchor them together doesn't work. The installer said he couldn't put the dryer on top of the washer, because of this. Fair enough, and I'll have to find an alternative way to attach them together.

There are few choices in small size front loader washing machines, and they are expensive. The space for my piggy backed washer and dryer is tight, so i need the smaller units. Note to self: next time make sure the laundry closet is bigger. Best Buy lived up to its name with the best price for this kind of washing machine, and Samsung is a good brand, so I went with them.

I was required to buy the washing machine hoses when I bought the washing machine, so that they would be available to the installer when he/she delivered the washer. The hoses I had were fine, though, and I was able to return the new ones. It was a quick and easy process to return them.
