I don't trust Best Buy anymore with large appliance installations because my first experience was a nightmare (they left trash all over the driveway and street, tromped through the house with wet shoes without covering their feet, dented the purchased new products, did not install them correctly to line up in the laundry room, crushed the vent, did not level the washer or dryer so they bounced and moved across the floor when in use, and refused to install both pedestals because they insisted it wouldn't fit but didn't have anything to measure the space with...and when it was obvious that it DID fit based on installation of the one pedestal under one of the units in the space, they said they were tired and another team could come out to install the second pedestal because it would be too much of a pain to do it now.)
Best buy stated that this was a 3rd party crew, apologized, and did make it right...but it took nearly 4 months and literally hours of my life from date of purchase before everything was actually installed correctly. Second crew did a great job and were professional.

I'm no washer-tech pro, so take this review for what it's worth. This seems to work well, hasn't made our utility bills skyrocket despite frequent use, is pretty. Love the option for steam sanitization.
Jury is out on front-load washers for me though. Water easily gets trapped in the rubbery portions of the door, so be careful to clean it out often if you don't want a moldy/mildewy smell. Depending on what cycle it is on, it can be pretty loud.

A lot quieter than i thought it would be actually. Love that there are steam sanitization settings. Large capacity is great for comforters and blankets. Color is quite pretty if that matters to you. Touch screens for the buttons are very sensitive...that can be a pro or con i suppose haha.

Original installation terrible; final was great

This would be a 0 star review if based on the original installation. It is 3 because the fixed installation was great. First time around, the installers were 3 hours late with no phone call, tromped wet shoes through my house without covering their feet, dented the new washer and dryer, did not install properly so that the units moved all over the place when used, and complained about not wanting to readjust where they put the washer and dryer in the laundry room (was not lined up or straight), and they didn't install one of the pedestals because they insisted it wouldn't fit (without measuring it)...but when it was clear it would fit, they wouldn't add the pedestal back and said they were tired and another team could come back to fix it later. They also left trash all over our driveway and street, and didn't even move the un-installed pedestal fully into our garage before leaving, so we had to move it so we could close the door.
Best buy did take my complaints and pictures seriously, and fixed the issue to my satisfaction, though it took almost 4 full months from initial payment. The crew that came out for haul-away of the dented W/D/ and then installed new washer and dryer did a great job. We've been using the W/D for about 2 months now without issue.

Even on sale, this thing is pretty expensive for what it is: a drawer that can hold the weight of your washer or dryer. Pros: color is pretty and it matches my washer dryer set. there is a divider in the drawer that you can move to make two separate spaces of adjustable size, so that's convenient. Cons: it's not worth the money in opinion.

It's a little annoying that all these extra parts have to be added separately from a washer and dryer order, but i found it relatively clear during the buying process so at least it wasn't a surprise. Would rather have had a choice of costs and parts, but whatever. It seems to have been installed properly by the geek squad that installed my washing machine also bought through best buy. So far, so good (installed late Feb 2020)

Best buy needs to work on communication

The hinge reversal was originally requested with the assumption that it could be done on both the dryer AND washer. After many phone calls with many different agents and issues with the entire delivery process, it was determined that the washer door cannot be reversed, so we asked that the dryer door also not be reversed. However, Best Buy never removed it from the order. Luckily, it was just a simple "no, don't reverse it" conversation with the installers.
