I am buying this device online today through Best Buy, but in the "Whats Included" section I cannot see anything else than the device itself. So does this include a power plug, and a suction mount ?

The suction is already on the bottom of this garmin holder. The suction on the bottom is not sticky where it sticks to your fingers, but grips nicely to the vehicle dashboard to keep it from sliding. As for the a power plug it does come with whatever Garmin GPS you buy.
