When heavy jeans get mixed in the dryer with thin shirts, push the Extra Power button to help get thick fabrics, pockets, hems and seams drier the first time. It's a great washer if you want a steam option, but dont want to spend a fortune.
So far, so good. No problems. Runs smoothly. Very quiet. It has a built in water heater and automatic temprature control. It does take a while (2.5-3 hrs.) to complete a heavy duty cycle with hot water plus steam, plus double rinse. But it's worth it, especially if you have allergies or small children. Fast wash cycle takes only 15 min.
