Flexible but a bit short

This dryer vent is standard but a bit thin; not sure how long it’ll hold up but I’m optimistic. I just wish it were a few inches longer to reach the window vent with more slack.

These stainless steel hoses are much sturdier than the plastic/rubber ones that came with the washer/dryer. Same price as Lowe’s and Hone Depot too. The plumber was pleased.

how do you get the filter out
When you take the cone off the motor, reach in and grasp the black plastic/rubber frame holding the filter, and wiggle it a bit—it’ll come out, and you can empty the filter and take it off to clean it. The first time, it doesn’t look like it’ll come out without breaking, but it does.
