So far it works great. We have the agitator one. Only thing I don't like is that there is no delicate cycle. Not a fan of hooking up wifi to try and download another cycle.

Horrible washer do not buy

Terrible washer. Only 2.5 years old. Constantly unbalances almost every load, even with constantly calibratiing it. Cannot wash anything heavy like towels or hoodies. Wastes so much water, refills each time it's unbalanced unless you catch it right away.
