It works ok. I like the stainless interior.
I think that the installers mixed up the hot and cold water because the wash is always warm at the end of the cycle.
The connectivity isn't something I find useful.

The shelves are somewhat awkward to work with. Have had it a month and still don't like it.
The stainless is everything I expected it to be. Something that I'm not happy unless I clean it everyday with a specialized cleaner.

The Intelligent Electronic Controls with Dual LED Display make it easier to get the settings right, so you can just ~set it and go.~ The Sensor Dry System will detect the level of moisture in the fabric and automatically adjust drying-time and temperature. And, stay ahead of the cycle and access key LG dryer features remotely with ThinQ technology. If you appreciate efficiency, so does this dryer.

The dryer works well. I had problems with the old dryer not getting the sheets dry the first time so was happy they were dry the first time even though they were in a bit of a wad. The unit seems to use less space but drys as much as old unit
