Purchased the smart plug on June 1, 2020. Worked for 2 1/2 months and quit, would not connect through Samsung Smarthings Hub and fails to register with Samsung over Wifi. Contacted Samsung Support who has been giving me the runaround for over a week. I should have done more research because the connectivity issue has been around for awhile. My biggest issue is that Samsung is not willing to honor the warranty. This is an inexpensive item to replace. When I replace TV's monitors, appliances and other devices in the future it will NOT be SAMSUNG!
