Questions answered about new washer operation !

The new washing machine was not operating as required. The geek squad offered to immediately replace the unit. I was able to get the unit to work properly after turning the operation knob back and forth and resetting it to "normal" operations and it works very well now. I called the Geek Squad and they nicely cancelled a replacement washer. No problem !!

The installation was done on Labor Day and the crew from Best Buy was very quick and neat. They took the old unit and cleaned up all the cardboard from the new. It only took about 1/2 hour to complete.

We were having some trouble with the operation at first, because We could not control the water temp in the " normal " operations model at first. The people at Best Buy were kind enough to offer a replacement unit immediately, but I was able to correct the problem by rotating the operations button in the center of the unit, back and forth, and retried to change the water temp then. It worked !!
No problems since then.
By the way, the delivery crew was terrific. They happily delivered the unit on a holiday and completed the set up very quickly.
