I was a little hesitant in getting this washer because it was a scratch and dent. However the salesman assured me that if I had any issues I could return it for a full refund withing two weeks.
The install was quick and easy and I've had no issues with the washer. I made sure I had high efficiency laundry soap because I've seen a lot of people complaining about clothes not getting clean. Plus this model comes with an agiter, which I was very glad for. I just let it run it's course and don't monitor the water levels. All my clothes have come out clean and fresh smelling and that's all that matters to me.
