Delivery messed up and worst customer service

Best Buy gave a hard time for delivery. Worst customer service . We had to cancel our thanksgiving plans for this delivery not on time and was days after what we had planned. Do not buy from Best Buy after sale is done they don’t even care for the customer preferences. Store manager did not have positive response even after visiting store and asking for delivery reschedule.
