Couldn't fix; supplied new machine

Error code came on my dishwasher. Because of a shortage of KitchenAid repairers in my error, a new washer was swapped in for the old. Not my choice for situation, but "how it is". Installer was right on schedule, took out old, installed new and done in minimum of time. Professional and friendly.

Top-loading washer in this house was likely 30 years old, and couldn't add clothes until basin was filled (taking 15 minutes). I love putting clothes in the washer, adding detergent, not guessing the size of the load, and walking away. Uses less water, no spindle to make knots, less dry time (since they're spun more efficiently). Great operating selections, and big enough that I can wash comforters and duvets at home.
