POOR DATA SIGNAL

This is the worst phone experience I have had in 10 years. I get 2.45Mbps data download and .06Mbps at my desk at work. I cant open/use apps or play/open videos. Its a $1200 paper weight. Sprint claims I should be having no issues in that area as the signal is very strong. Then did provide me with a new sims card , taking off the sprint network to the tmobile network. Didnt help. All my issues started when I purchased this phone. I have had a 3,5 and a note8 and have worked in the same location for 20 years. I have never had this issue till now.This phone also looses ALL connection at least 2 to 3 times a month. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!
