Honestly
I would contact thier technical support. If you've already done this then let them know because it could be malfuntioned like mine was. Don't linger because I've turned my camera back in and they have yet to send my new one. Make sure you get names screen shot everything including your reciepts. I'm having a hard time getting back in touch with them so don't linger send that camera back before the warranty runs out! I hope this helps.
