Love this unit. Purchased combo all-in-one at first & was promised a May delivery date. Then got a called not available until July, so we canceled & ordered the tower over the phone. Would have gone one step up to get turbo wash with steam dryer had we know about it. Regardless, this unit is great. At first I didn't think it was working right because I saw very little water & my load of towels were so stiff. I discovered water level is correct & Tide cold water HE detergent & Suavital HE fabric softener with extra rinse solved my issue. 90% of energy use is heating water so now I'll save energy & water & I now have extra space under my stairs. Love it!

These stainless-steel washing machine fill hoses are ideal for connecting most washing machines to hot and cold water.

Much longer than needed

Nice stainless steel hoses but wat to long. Would have been nice if someone would have asked what lenght we needed. Also installer did not wind them neatly. They are all twisted & turned behind the unit.

Our professional installers will connect your new dryer, install an anti-tip bracket, ensure it's leveled and test it for basic operation.

Installer was in a rush to get going to another delivery, I assume. He streatched dryer vent semi-ridgid pipe (junk) so much from one end that it was paper thin & all crinkled up. Sliced end to hook it to vent pipe that goes outside & poked hole in it. Showed us how to turn on the unit & no further instructions. I asked if he could stay long enough to make sure it worked & he said he couldn't do that. He hooked up steam kit at water lines that was sold to us only to discover this dryer wasn't steam capable. Maybe he should have made sure first. All in all... not impressed with installation.

How long is these hoses 6 foot or 8 the box doesn't explain this I have extra long now on my washer to be replaced it gives you a lot of extra room especially if you need to move it forward for something
