My Two Installers In A Rental Truck

In the end, washer & dryer were installed and both work. However, they were clearly frustrated because they struggled to hook it all up for about an hour. I understood when they spoke English to me. But, they spoke their language to each other throughout their struggles. I would have preferred they maintained the English language while here. I would have understood what was going on. Why they were struggling so much. I have never seen such a tangled mess as they did. It should be VERY simple. They even used zip ties on everything to make sure nothing came apart. I've never seen anyone do this. It really isn't complicated at all. But, it all works.

When opening downward, can it be opened ALL the way down? If so, how?
No. The guys that installed my washer & dryer saud the dryer door is made to open part of the way when opening down. But, it opens all the way to the side.
