Was really excited to purchase this, as the Sony Bravia OLEDs have been at the top of my list in terms of overall quality. Not sure if I received a faulty model but the TV would completely freeze while watching and I would have to unplug it to be able to use the TV again. Had to return and was nervous same issue would occur with a bew one. Hope Sony solves that problem
