Sony support is bad

Well I can't stand sony customer support, only reason I had to buy this was because my account got hacked so they made me pay the bogus fees to access all three stuff I already bought. This does what it should, sure but can't stand sony.

So the product works as it should. However, the only reason I had to buy it was because my playstation account got hacked and then my account got banned. Sony said the only way I could dispute faulty charges was to settle my balance. They never refunded me my money and the service was terrible.
