It's been a few months now and I've never had a problem. If paper gets stuck occasionally the design is so simple you just flip the whole machine over and remove the jammed paper. This has happened once. There are a bit too many notifications from the HP desktop app about needing new ink, etc. But this is a solid printer. I use it primarily for printing labels and there is never an issue with the label material getting stuck. Smooth sailing every time. I've had many printers and this one is the best yet.
