But the box is scratched something awful and the box also looks like its been thrown around and has indents and is squished at the top. I could not exchange it because the item is now sold out so I was not pleased with this purchase.

Yes these earpods are very cheap but I expected them to work for a decent amount of time but that is not the case. One earpod already has no sound after about a week. Very disappointing and a waste of time and money. Not a good product.
